She understood our desire and need to have our mother cremated quickly for our belief in a quicker release and detachment of a spirit from the “material” realm once the body is cremated. Alicia Jones, the funeral director at the Sherman Oaks office was also very courteous and prompt in all her communications. They were very courteous, professional, and respectful. Neptune Society came through very quickly and was able to pick her up and take her to a refrigerated storage area within a couple of hours of calling them.
